House of typical canarian architecture with 2 slopes roof. It was built in the middle of XIX century and restored in the year 2007 using top quality materials and traditional furniture. It is located in a farming area of 1000 m2, equipped with all modern facilities for a comfortable stay. In front of the house there is a garden with fruit trees, cactus, vineyards and endemic flora. The barbecue is situated at the entrance in a large terrace where you can enjoy seeing the mountain or simply listening to the birds singing. Behind there is a threshing-floor used for threshing cereals. The house can be reached by car. Private parking is available. Having been originally two independent houses that are now joint , when rented for two persons (or 2 adults and 1 child) clients may only enjoy one of the house areas. Please write in remarks the chosen area indicating A or B. If rented for 3 or 4 adults, customers can enjoy the full house (areas A + B). It is also possible that 2 persons rent the whole house to be able to use the two bedrooms for a small daily supplement. And upon request it is possible to lodge up to 5 or 6 persons in sofa-bed (budget should be requested to the booking office). Note: when one area is booked the other is automatically blocked until guests' departure.

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive your confirmation sheet and the description to the rural house and the name of contact person at your arrival.
