This is a traditional Canarian house, built at the beginning of the 20th century. As it is located in the middle of an historical area, it has easy access to services such as restaurants, supermarkets and public parks. It is also near the main landmarks of the municipality of Ingenio. Palmita Square is located 30 meters away, where you will find "Casa del Ermitaño" (the hermit house), one of the first houses constructed in the town; "La Casa del Cura" (the house of the priest) an interesting building of historical heritage and also "la Casa de los Juzgados" (the house of the courts), a 2 storey house where the courts were historically located in the town.
In minutes you can drive to the neighbouring town of Agüimes an interesting place, full of cultural heritage; such as the "Barranco de Guayadeque", (the Guayadeque Ravine) where the archaeological Sitio Museum is located.
