Typical rural Canarian house used exclusively. It is over 100 years old and has been restored recently using traditional style materials such as wood and stone. The house has been equipped with modern comforts and decorated with traditional elements in a rural Canarian style. The building has a surface area of 200 m2. On the top floor, there is a typical Canarian balcony that joins both double bedrooms with the kitchen and the bathroom. The first floor has another double bedroom, bathroom and living-dining room with fireplace. On the outside of the house there are 4 distinctive areas that combine perfectly; a garden area with flowers and fruit trees, another area is the main patio of the house made from old stone splitting wedges, in the third area there is a swimming pool and solarium which is separated by a wooden fence and stone walls, the last area is the entertainment area, it is under two centenary walnut trees and has a masonry barbecue.
