It has a 3.500m2 surface, were you can find a typical canarian style 150 years old house , wich is "L" shaped and has a patio incorporated. It is also oriented to the south and therefore protected from the unpleasant north winds.
This house has been recently restored and divided in two different sections: "La Higuera" and "El Peral".
Pear, apple, grapes, fig, lemon, plum and orange trees surround the facilities.
