You can taste the flavour of times gone by in this comfortable house. Its walls harbour the essence of a family who, in the past, used their living room as meeting place for the neigbourhood. There was also, before the renovation, a store room for crops and livestock.
The house has been renovated with help from European funds. The original stone walls have been maintained and the carpentry inside is reproduction of the original roof, windows and doors.
There is a large terrace at the front of the house, bordered by various plots of land where ecological fruit and vegetables are being cultivated. There is a typical Canarian patio at the back of the house, where the original stonework has been left on view on the walls. There is also an antique wooden-stoked oven and barbeque.
The views from this house are of the valley below, the Square of Encarnacion and of the agricultural land of the ravine and mountain.
