Situated in the village of Rosiana in Santa Lucia, the rural house can be found on the edge of the Tirajana Ravine and in an area where olive, orange and palm trees are abundant. It has a large terrace where you can enjoy sunny days and or relax in the shade of the olive trees and make the most of the tranquillity of the surroundings, listening to the birds singing or simply enjoying the beautiful views.
The building is easy to access, it is furnished and decorated to maximise on comfort and is a wonderful place for guests to relax. The original building was built more than 100 years ago, and has been handed down through four generations of women from the same family that have taken care of its conservation.

Rosiana rural house has kept its traditional architecture, revealing inside the stone that is characteristic of the area of Santa Lucia. Its location provides clients with a glance at what once was one of the main sources of income for this municipality - agriculture - particularly olive trees and orange trees as well as many other types. During your stay and depending on the time of year of your visit you can sample some of these fruits.
It is situated in a very quiet area, next to a purpose-built footpath ideal for ramblers, or just those wanting to have a stroll or do a spot of mountain biking. At the same time it is very near the historic centre of Santa Lucia where there are various restaurants, a chemist, a petrol station, municipal swimming baths, supermarket and other services.
