The house was built using typical Canarian architecture in the 14th century and was destined to farm use. It was renovated in 2004 and conserves its traditional structure and the service reservoir; it is equipped to provide for maximum comfort. The exterior of the house is done in local stone and the thick walls make the temperature in the house cool in summer and warm in winter. It is situated within an estate of 3000m2 where, depending on the season you can find fruit such as oranges, grapes, Medlar trees, mangos, avocados, olives, lemons, guava and prickly pears, as well as aromatic herbs. When conditioning the house, the natural light and combination and harmony of the furniture to achieve a warm and welcoming atmosphere was borne in mind. It has just one spacious floor with lots of natural light, a sunny terrace and a garden. The interior stands out thanks to the comfortable furniture and the numerous, restored antiques. It is made up of a dining room, fully fitted kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms that originally was used as the main living room is large and has a 4- metre high sloping roof. From the various windows or from the terrace you can relax and appreciate the wide variety of trees and palm trees. There is access to the rest of the estate and an area where you can walk or go on hikes, enjoy the countryside, pure air and the stillness of the place.
